  Went to cash a personal check…. 4th in line…. Only 2 tellers handling foreign transactions 20 minutes later still in line!…. The ATM was not working….

  I have had the WORST experience ever with Wells Fargo in general and specifically this branch. After closing my account without notice, it has been weeks to finally get an appointment to open a new one. Upon arrival, the branch manager, Stan, told me the banker had to run out for an emergency and would I mind sitting and waiting!! When I asked if anyone else could help me (such as HE, the manager) I was told to sit and wait or they could call me when she got back. I left and have not been contacted by anyone there at all (hours later). Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Needless to say, I will open my business account elsewhere and take all of my (many) other Wells Fargo accounts with me!

  The worst experience ever. Lady who works there was more busy cleaning her desk than helping me. Then she stood up and walked me to the door. The employees’ attitude is horrible. I’ll change my bank asap

  My favorite Wells Fargo! All staff there is super nice and helpful. They know me and my coworker by name.

  Unbelievably bad service! Made an appointment with their notary. she was rude and had no idea what she was doing. I was to have her notarize a living trust she told my wife and I that she could not notarize this. I said i have the notary instructions right here if you would like to look at them. she refused. I went down the street and got the document notarized. Thats right the same one she said could be notarized. she was rude telling me I didn't understand, the opposite was evidently true. Rude and unknowledgeable!
