      I just left there ! Completely rude black woman greeted me ! As if I was a problem to her. Over the drive thru intercom. Asked me did I have an account and rudely told me I would have to come back in the morning. This is exactly why I don’t have an account with you! My next check should come direct deposit. You all issue my banks checks from my new job. I will never go to that particular location again !

      I have always encountered a respectful and professional experience at the Brandywine branch. I am disappointed that the corporate office has not reopened this branch. The community is waiting for the reopening. We have to travel further to do our banking. What an inconvenience,please reopen the Brandywine branch soon !!!
