  The staff aren't friendly. They never really smile. They're just polite enough not to be rude. No matter what branch I visit they are extremely slow to assist you. They will not be busy and will engage in conversation before they acknowledge you. They take an unnecessary amount of time to do a simple deposit. I only bank with them because they have a location at my work site and that makes banking slightly more convenient.

  Worst bank in the United States of America I can’t even explain how useless they are I would rather pay in pennies for the rest of my life then use this bank again they ruined one of my vacations because they froze my card after I told them I would be leaving to this state and I was stuck there with no access to any of my money I called to ask for help and they said they would call me in two days never received a call. I’m just waiting 10 DAYS for my check to clear so I can finally take all my money out and never return to this bank ever again.

  Worst bank I ever had...been on hold for an hour. Happens every time. And they never keep record of anything. They also will call and not leave voicemails and when I call to ask why they reached out they always say they don’t have “record” or someone calling.

  Have been trying to contact credit union fir more than 25 minutes and no one answered the phone. Very poor customer service. I am in need of reporting my stolen card. What can I do if they don't answer the phone? Very bad

  On December 31, 2015, there was a line outside of the doors. There was one teller, one drive through teller, and what appeared to be one Manager who neglected to help to move the line along. I will never come to this location again. 1 star Update. Once i got to the counte Cassandra the teller was great! I would give her 5 stars alone! My original review was 1 star due to the wait, and several customers left. But i gave 2 stars back because Cassandra was fast, efficient, and exhibits excellent customer service!!! 5 stars for Cassandra!!!

  I do my banking at their Waldorf branch and rarely have issue. When I do it is due to normal technological failures and they are quickly and politely handled by onsite staff.

  People are friendly,professional and efficient. I've never seen a long line. Some customers have complicated issues at times and may require a few more minutes than others, but those employed at this location help everyone without rushing customers.

  They only give out a 1800 number and no one answers that. Been listening to this musac for over 20 minutes now. They need to publish the branch phone numbers so maybe someone will answer the phone.
