  Diana Rucci is the Senior Loan Originator who spearheaded the re-finance of my home mortgage. Ms. Rucci is professional, competent, patient, and positive. Her team at Waterstone Mortgage really knows how to get things done. I was able to complete the loan application on line and digitally sign documents, which made the process very simple and efficient. She kept me updated frequently and was very responsive. From the beginning, I knew I was in good hands. Even though there were some interesting and unique developments in the approval process, she was able to problem solve and overcome. My loan was ultimately approved and settlement went smooth. I give Diana Rucci my highest endorsement and will recommend her to friends, family, and co-workers! Her customer service is Grade A. She earns 5 stars!

  Waterstone Mortgage, made my refinance quick and easy. They got me a great rate, and remained attentive, answering all my questions throughout the process. An overall great experience. If you need to purshase or refi a property, don't go to a bank, go to the pros at Waterstone. Just ask for Neal!

  When my husband and I were buying our home, we were not approved for a loan that was “approved” by another loan officer, until the very end. We were heartbroken, but I refused to give up. I spoke to the realtor who was selling the home we were buying and took her advice, which was to call Waterstone. Teresa, from Waterstone, took my phone call late on Valentine’s Day AND a Friday evening. She gathered all our information and then met us at the office on a Saturday morning. From there Crystal took care of our needs and we were approved and ready for settlement by February 28th. I would recommend Waterstone forever for this reason alone. They actually care about your wants and needs, proven by the attention they give their clients.

  This is our 2nd time using Waterstone Mortgage and Dawn Orbits. Dawn is SOOO AWESOME! If you are in need of Financing a New Home Purchase, or Refinancing your current Mortgage. I promise you that you will be very Happy! Dawn is very thorough, helpful and quick along with the staff. She has helped us close on a New Purchase within 3 weeks and we Refinanced a year and a half later within 2 weeks at a Great Rate and saved us nearly $400 per month. Thank you Dawn!

  I enjoyed the time and effort that they gave me and my wife with the purchase and process of buying our home 🏡. They really worked hard for us and made things easier for us with the online application to filling out the documents and getting everything signed and completed in a timely manner.

  I was impressed with the speed of the transaction, but this company’s lack of communication ended up cost my daughter a first time buyer and veteran $500.00. We will definitely use NFCU, next time. I should have known better!
