Alissa Anderson1Don’t use unless you plan to never need customer service. They are so awful to work with that it’s still less work to just move all 7 accounts than to try to get them to help.

Kelly Morgan2Why would you only have 2 people working on a Friday?! 1 inside front desk, 1 drive thru teller. I’ve literally been standing in line almost 30 minutes.

carlos miller1I had wells fargo for 3 months move here from ny this was the frist bank i have open acct with. now they is going going to help me put because it was there fault and error with my acct. also my family move here also we all got wells fargo about after today me and my family is going with another bank in the area.

Lee Bates1Wells Fargo would not honor my parent’s POA, even after their attorney contacted them. They would not allow me to remove my mother’s name from her account without her coming in person. They currently are in Al facility in quarantine and aren’t allowed out. I checked with my own bank and was told Wells Fargo overstepped their authority. On my attorney’s advice, I will be filing a complaint with Probate Court. Definitely not a bank for elderly persons that need assistance from their families

Paulie Raub1WORSE BANK EVER!!!! I visited this bank to do a cash advance from my bank. We called our bank to make sure everything was set. The teller messed up the transaction and we were told they could only attempt it once a day. The teller was rude and said she didn’t know why it was declined - she very cockily stayed she didn’t make mistakes because she has been there for 10 years. They sent us to another bank across town. When we got there we discovered they kept my husbands ID. We had to go back to the original bank then back to the bank they sent us to. When we finally got back to the bank the teller started questioning why we needed the money and why my husband had an out of state drivers license. Not their business!!! The teller then told us that if the cash advance was denied at one location they could not do it at a different location - after the previous location told us to come to this other location to do the cash advance . WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Bottom line - WELLS FARGO SUCKS and if you gave them a higher rating than a one then you either work there or you are nuts

summer nuckles3We have all our accounts with wells Fargo, but this branch has kinda let us down. We opened a new business account and had some fraud against us thru wire transfer. We were told up to 7 weeks for dispute. We have made 3trips to branch sent 2 emails and called Customer service to have no answers. Went to branch we are working on it do not know what to tell you it takes time. Emails no response dead silence. Customer service nothing you have to visit local branch, don't they have all records from all branches they are corporate. They have account for bank sent to, name sent to, everything they need and nothing. Thousands of dollars lost. We called the bank tho get our money back and they can't without our bank requesting and disputing so what is hold up?
