  as a first time home buyer i was extremely nervous about buying a home. my agent recommended Brian Cartee, that was the best recommendation i could have ever received. Brian was courteous and kind. He would answer my call at 10pm at night on Saturday when i was freaking out about anything to do with my loan. every aspect of the process was new to me and very confusing. Brian and Jennifer Kennedy always calmed me down and made the process painless and smooth. since i have closed i have sent two family members who were first time buyers as well. Brian treated them as good or better. Brian and the Team are mine and my family members home buying team for life....lol....if i ever decide to go through the process again. cannot say thank you enough for this mans attention to detail.   Brian and the whole team made this experience flawless. Jennifer was nice and courteous, christy was always on top of things and Brian would help answer any question day or night 7 days a week. This wasn't my first time buying a home but things have sire changed since I bought my last one. I reccomend anyone buying a home to consult Brian before talking to anyone else......I was working with another lender before and this lender was recommended to me by my realtor. After searching thr internet I found Brian and I never looked back. I'm not going to bash the other lender and no hard feelings towards the agent that reccomend her to me but I told the agent after closing, you need to be sending people to Brian instead of the other lady she sent me to in the beginning. Long story short I have a mortgage guy for life now and a friend. Thank you to all of the OnQ team.
