      Horrible! We have several accounts. I did 3 transactions. I was transferring money from my account into my sons and putting money into my husbands account they put all into my husbands. 3 weeks later the statement came and I realized my son account was hundreds short!!!! She saw where they put it into my husband's account instead of his! That was the first mess up! My husband also have had some issues. Today a lady called me to tell me that a payroll check that had been paid to me with my name on it, they had gotten the money back and charged me a $10 fee. For me to call them! 1. How do you allow someone that's not authorized to take money out my account!? Why didn't you tell them to call me like you told me to call them? 2. It's a payroll not a personal check. Jan 4th I paid for my sons classes at Tri County out of his account. They paid for it on Jan 5th on Jan 10th they went back and got it back from Tri County. Mrs. $$$$$$ from dual enrollment called. I called Spero they said I left out the 4 digits right after the routing number on his checks off. Understandable!!! But I don't understand why pay it then take it back? Why not call like you did today????? Luckily the school let me resubmit the payment. I absolutely hate banking with Spero. I bank with AFCU for 16 years. Searching for new back.

      The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars and not 1 star is because someone did finally get me the information I was asking for about my account. All I needed was the payoff for my loan and my boat title number. I was given my payoff but was initially told by a employee at this branch that she could not give me my title number over the phone because a theif might have stolen my identification. I told her I could give her all of my personal identification information, answer any security questions she had, and could provide a "anti-phishing" phrase I was given by the bank, as well as all of the information linked to my loan. This employee insisted I would have to come to the branch to obtain that information but she would speak to a supervisor and call me back "later". Everyone knows what "later" means to a person like this...After calling the help desk back, I did make contact with someone who was able to provide the title number over phone after asking me some security questions (after waiting an hour for the information). I would NEVER recommend this branch!!!

      Wont answer the phone when called. When I came in person months ago, the rep was in a hurry to go to lunch instead of taking care of my business with the credit union. To this day, the request I made months ago still has not been finalized. Will not come back to this branch anymore.

      I went by the bank to ensure my car loan would get paid through auto pay a week prior to the first payment due date... I wanted to make sure that they'd get their money, and also wanted to make sure that I wouldn't get hit with any stupid fees that banks love to use to nickel and dime people to death. The lady at the desk was nice, but very loud and asked for my social security number... (If you've been in, you know how everyone can pretty much hear everything that's being said) that's a little unprofessional IMO. Long story short, they did the automatic payment, but I STILL got hit with a fee even after being told I wouldn't.... They wouldn't go back on it (it was only $3, but it's the principle behind it)... And the lady the clerk asked about it was a little rude. Terrible customer service... There's certainly a reason I normally bank elsewhere.

      A tendant at this facility raised her voice at me when I asked for an explanation of the issue I was having with my account. After being told no resolution or explanation could be made, I went to the 81 branch for further assistance. My issue was then resolved and was done so with an understanding attitude. I almost closed my account over the issue, but will be attending 81 for all further assistance.

      They will not answer phone ( I have called multiple times a day for 11 days!!!) They will not give you access to your account prior to Feb. 1st. And MANY more issues. Terrible (NONEXISTENT) CUSTOMER SERVICE
