  I was on the listing side of this transaction, but Monique was great in getting everything completed and to closing. Legacy picked up this transaction just 2 weeks before the closing date and still had everything done! They were very transparent and kept both sides in the loop.   Awesome experience! Someone always responded to me promptly. I received notifications at every stage letting me know what was requested of my client and when my client provided the info. They were ready to close in record time. I’m not used to a lender waiting on US to close. Lol! Well done! I’ll definitely add them to my recommended lenders contacts.
