      I came in with my elderly father to modify his account. We were lucky to be helped by Ana Donovan. She called customer service for us, and despite being disconnected several times, she persisted and resolved our issue. During the entire process Ana was friendly and patient. Fantastic experience!

      Unprofessional and poor customer services and unwillingness to help customer from Wells Fargo bankers have ruined my day. I have reasons to rate this place as 1 star or lower if that's option is available as following: This afternoon in a hurry I took LYFT to the bank at 4:20 pm to deposit a check and purchase a cashier check so I could mail out to the payee on the same day at US Post Office near by before they close store at 5:00 PM. The bad services at this bank has ruined everything in my schedule. 1. Unprofessional manner: when I got to the bank the waiting line was empty, there was only one customer at the counter chatting with the banker. I waited in the line, and got things ready to be served. The banker kept ignoring me and continued chatting with that customer. I started worrying about being late for post office. Then probably she noticed then told me to wait. 2- Poor service: Finally I got served but the banker did not know how to write the payees' name on one line of the cashier check . Her manager came for help. Then came another issue with the memo which is limited number of characters. I have purchased cashier checks at WFB branches hundred of times so I told her how to squeeze in some characters, but it seems very hard for her to get it. When finished the cashier check, she forgot to put the payee address beneath the payee name that I did not spot out until later. When I came back to ask her to rewrite the cashier check, she told me to return all the receipts she gave me before. I did give back all to her including the receipt of my deposit. After reissuing he cashier check she DID NOT return the deposit receipt of my money. The whole process was really slow and lousy by that unprofessional banker. 3.As I had to go the post office to mail the check out, I asked the banker for a copy of the whole cashier check as an additional copy She said she was busy with other customers, so suggested me go to other side to ask other banker(s) to help. Normally when I need a copy, if the banker at the counter is busy, other banks would have someone else to help. At this bank I came forward to other bankers for help, no one cares and asked me to wait for them to finish with their customer even their customer on phone speaking with someone else Well, just a copy of a piece of paper, I had to wait longer in addition of had been waiting so long in line and for the check reissued, now it's about 5:00 PM, I could not mail the check out anyway. So disappointed, I left the bank. I would not return to this bank in future unless no other banks available in this area. Now I can understand one of the reasons why Wells Fargo Bank is shrinking quickly.

      What’s up with the bank workers not wearing masks? Some of them didn’t even bother to put them on, some were wearing them around their neck. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable, not to mention against the law nowadays. The lady helping was extremely unprofessional, did not know what to do at all. Awful experience at this branch

      Great location, nice staff. There is a staff turn around in this location. Clean and accessible. They take care of you. They answer questions or make a recommendation. Drive through is Great too.

      Worst customer service EVER consistently - for the almost 30 years I have been going to this branch - even ordering checks (which got “lost” and then found out they were sitting at the branch the whole time). Find another branch to work with!!!
