  Alex completely rocked! We just wrapped up purchasing a beautiful townhome in Northern Virginia and the process couldn't have been more smooth (especially considering the market as we enter 2022)! Throughout the process, Alex brought our attention to all of the various details that are needed to know by first time home buyers, particularly the financial and paperwork details (that frankly terrify me!). Alex did a fantastic job of explaining the steps of the process, giving us options, and making it very clear as to what we needed to do.   This team made what could have been a very stressful experience for a first-time home buyer into a much more manageable experience. Someone was always there to walk me through a process or answer my questions. Alex gave me his personal cellphone number and was super accessible to answer my questions and was very communicative, clear and quick with important updates. He walked me through the numbers so they made sense to me, explained all of my options, and worked incredibly quickly all the way to closing. Amazing experience for a first timer -- I felt incredibly supported the whole time.
