  As a Realtor and Veteran, it is VITAL to my business that lenders and title companies I engage with deliver with dedication to the task of servicing homebuyers and home sellers, at times, beyond normal measure. This past Friday, Universal Title in McLean stepped up to the bar and went that extra mile, staying past "normal working hours" to settle my first time homebuyer's house due to him being delayed in traffic. It was especially appreciated on the parts of Jerry Wright and Sarah Tozer who standout with their exemplary service.

  Jerry is very unprofessional. We are very upset with the settlement, not only we were told the final closing cost was off just an hour before the scheduled settlement but we had to wire additional money even after the settlement. The difference was +$3500. We tried to reach Jerry multiple times and left voice mail but he never responded. At the settlement, we did not even get the keys. We chose this company only because seller wanted to. I recommend not to use this company if you want to close on time or find out the exact final closing costs.

  The system and communication were excellent! My client was a first-time homebuyer and had lots of questions that were answered in a professional and timely fashion which made the entire process easy for all involved.

  What's not to like about Universal Title. The team of Stephanie Granlund, Sarah Tozer, Brian Ratiff etc... outperform themselves each closing. I couldn't ask for a more thorough, professional or friendly team to guide my clients through one of the most stressful but exciting times. I will recommend Universal over and over again...

  Really wonderful title company- great communication, interface, and customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure clients and agents are safe during COVID-19, with on site closings, masks, and flexible timing.

  We had great communication from Brian, our processor. He was responsive and very helpful. The attorneys were vital to the success of this transaction. They were available throughout to answer questions.

  Universal Title was quick, efficient, and really helped us push our closing through quickly. I highly recommend! Carrie Mock was there to answer my questions - David Mason conducted our closing and was wonderful - and Jerry Wright handled the processing.
