  Home purchasing is one of the main purchases in a life of everyone. Concerns , worries, speed of processing - all these questions were answered by the Justin Volentine's team quiclky and in details. Their support and assistance made this purchase for me as a pleasant journey into an the home ownership. I was pleasantly surprised thie financial side of the deals and the document processing ( comparing with other ones from my previous experience) I knew that sometimes my silly questions ( as a recent immigrant) sounded (probably) silly for them, becqause I was raised and lived in another society, however, the answers helped me to leanr this part of the everyday life in the USA.   I have used Justin for home financing twice now, and both times, the experience has been first class. He was incredibly responsive on all questions, getting rates and estimates back incredibly quickly. An area that I expected to be incredibly stressful was instead smooth and easy, and was able to lock in incredibly compeititve rates very quickly.   When we decided to sell our home and buy a new one, we were using the mortgage company that our real estate agent recommended. However, this person couldn't answer all our questions, took days to respond to any emails/calls), and just wasn't very helpful in general. Upon a friend's recommendation, we switched over to Justin Volentine. Smart move. Here is why I highly recommend using Justin: 1. He always answered my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. We were also able to talk to him on a weekend when we had an urgent issue come up. 2. We had the situation where we were buying a house before we were selling our current house. Justin came up with several options for us in order to be able to do this. 3. I told Justin what we wanted to pay each month for a mortgage payment, and he was able to tell me how much we could afford in purchasing a new home. 4. Justin gave us several options for the mortgage (down payment, interest rate, length of loan). He then discussed each option with us and helped us decide which one worked best for our needs and situation. In summary, he is hardworking, very smart and able to think outside the box. We will use him again and highly recommend him!

  Justin and the Intercoastal Mortgage Team were great to work with. We have 2 properties and have refinanced them both with The Volentine Team and had an extremely positive experience. They were very thorough with our options and the process was as easy as refinancing can be and went pretty quickly.   Recommended by our realtor, Justin Volentine and team at Intercoastal were fantastic. They clearly thought about every step in what can be a daunting process, to make it clear, easy and customer-centric. Our situation was complicated, we started the process just before the Coronavirus, Justin found a great rate that significantly beat our existing mortgage rate. The team were flexible, patient and empathetic when my role was furloughed right at the end of the process, and the banks wouldn’t confirm the loan. Justin froze the deal as long as possible and kept in touch through the furlough period. When I eventually returned to work, Intercoastal jumped into action immediately and reissued all the paperwork necessary to close in days.   The process was seamless from start to finish, although I had to close within 3 weeks. Since it was a competitive bid for the house, Justin reached out to the listing agent, which I believe helped us win the contract. He also has a team, so if Justin wasn’t available someone in his office would answer any questions I had. They made doing the paperwork as simple as possible. I would definitely use his team again and recommend to all my friends and family.
