  They were unable to help in branch with basic things my credit union can do without a problem. Final straw was today, tried to open a new account for my daughter and will be opening one at the credit union instead.

  This is bank I go to for drive through. I try to avoid going inside if at all possible as there is always a person asking what they can help with before you can reach a teller. Self service is the way to go.

  I’ve been a loyal Wellsfargo customer since 1992. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!! Vidia was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and I got no where. I went to a different branch location and had no problems opening an account there. I was looking to open a business account and needed a lot of guidance to do so as this was my first time opening such an account. I had been trying to open the account since 12/12/18 and was given the run around by her and was told I didn’t have acquite information time and time again. I decided to got to a different branch and the lady there was extremely helpful, professional, understand and polite. I got my account opened that day along with additional information and tools to help me thrive moving forward.

  Worst wells Fargo store in the whole country. Do not go to this location even if its an emergency. They don't even have the basic professionalism and basic customer service to do their job. They all have attitudes and make wells fargo looking bad. This place needs to be shutdown. They don't know how to run a business. Never going back there again.

  Friendly people, and they make it easy to deposit and withdraw money at the outside ATMs. For checks I just deposit them with the wells fargo app on my phone so that's handy!

  OK so the customer service at this branch is amazing so if I could rate it 10 for customer service I would. I joined Wells Fargo 1.5 years ago under an opportunity account at the Burnsville branch as I had a bad standing thing with a different bank long ago (which had been paid and rectified for quite some time but whatever). Anywho- I was told at the time of enrollment that this opportunity account would be for a year or less and depending on how I treat the account would determine if I progress into a normal account. It's been 1.5 years now, no advancement into a regular account - I've had no overdrafts or banking issues but yet these people are still telling me that I have a daily spending limit. On my account. With MY money. I feel like Wells Fargo acts like they care about their employees through their great employee customer service but really all they care about is their bottom line. I will be taking my money and going to my local credit union soon where I can get the customer service similar to Wells Fargo, and into a bank I actually trust with my money and doesn't tell me how much of it I can spend in a 24 hour period of time.

  I've been a long time customer, and while I understand we're all under a lot of stress during this pandemic, I've never been treated so poorly in all my years banking with Wells Fargo.

  Everything about Wells is fantastic. Never had a poor experience here. I've had TCF and US Bank as well and Wells Fargo is 10 times better than both.

  I was SO grateful to have met my 2 'banker guys" at my local Wells Fargo branch. They are always so friendly! They helped me keep track of everything financial, and I ALWAYS feel secure in knowing that my money is safe and earning me even more! There are many good reasons why I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 29 years! Thanks, guys! :)
