  My very first home that I bought in 2010 Mike was my mortgage person. When I was looking for him to refinance I noticed that he had open Mortgage Avenue and went back to him again. He's always on top of things and any questions that I had he always made sure I understood. He was also super fast at getting back to me in regards to my emails or voicemails. Anything that has to do with mortgages, Mike is the person you should go to. He should get a 6th star on this review.

  Mike helped me through the whole process of getting a loan for my first house I ever bought. He proved that even if your situation is difficult, he will work with you every step of the way and still get the job done. He went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend him for anyone.

  If anyone is looking to buy a new house definitely work with Mike Louden! Mike helped me through the whole process and also made things easy to understand. He was very easy going and real with me and not trying to pull any of those behind your back tricks that some banks might. I also should add that I’m a first time home buyer and am only 18 years old and he was able to guide me through the whole process and everything went very smoothly! I will only be working with Mike from mortgage ave going forward in any further home buying in the future.
