      They tend to use misleading sales practices. This location a representative stated he would have items sent to me in the morning as I was approved. 3 days later stated he called me, but did not leave a message...he claims. Day 4: i am no longer approved when i was approved at 530pm on Tues. where he said I was. The customer service representative working with online, did the same thing for refinancing. It was even in the notes. Be aware of their sales practices to mislead you, then pull the rug out. I'm new to the state and I'm so glad I can close these accounts and find a credit union who is willing to stand by the agreement and not luse poor sales tactics. They will mislead you. It has happened twice now to me. I cant imagine who else has had these experiences at other locations or working with representatives online. Be sure to have clear communication and if approved, do not let them close their office until you finalized your transactions. They will change their mind and not provide you a full reason. This experience actually makes me want to consider bigger banks as being new to the state, I expected better service, not misleading sales tactics, and promises that are spoken, since I understand ppl want to home on time, to be kept. 12/26/19 update. The reply from the "owner" is a publicity stunt to avoid the real point. As I did contact them, and no one had anything to say to me about the two difference experiences I had stated above.

      Robin and Don and the crew is amazing at this Credit union and recently I grew to want to deal with Corey and he has exceeded my expectations by large margins. Corey and firefly is the place for all your financial needs! To top it off this credit union simply has your back!       When you get a loan from Firefly they tell you automatic payments or manual payments can be done online. They omit the fact that it HAS to be from another Firefly account. If you ask for a payment book they want you to set up a meeting with a banker...ridiculous. Now we're stuck driving an hour to make a lian payment! It would be more ethical if they were up front about that prior to accepting the loan.

      The Worst experience ever. I was member for 2+ years and last July I walked in to this branch to close my accounts and one of their Teller came to me in waiting area for Bankers and told me as she can help me with that. She checked my accounts $0 balance on my Credit card,refunded my money from saving account,took my visa card and told me "your accouts are closed you can go"she said . But she closed only saving account and kept C.card open,then 6 months later I got a letter "your account has past due balance we are going to take legal action if you don't pay it ...though I tried to explaine the situation for their reprasentatives,they told me as I have to pay with late fee and interest and paid for their Teller's poor service. Never ever again with them.....

      I worked with Jesse on transferring my car loan over from a traditional bank and I am so happy with the amount of money I will be saving from your lower interest rates! This was the first time I had gone through that process and Jesse made it so easy to understand and he was very helpful!

      I have been a member for years, and would never go anywhere else! I have had both my car loans through them. If your considering a credit union this is the one! I use the app constantly it shows everything about my account, it makes transfers beyond easy.

      Horrible customer service! Came there with an intention of possibly getting a car loan... Wish I'd never did... Talked to this really rude guy, he didn't take me seriously at all! He was very rude, didn't answer any of my questions I had, seemed he didn't even know what he's doing there, just kind of lays back in his office chair and doesn't give two sh*ts about there customers. Very arragont and rude. I just simply got up said no thanks and left. I'd rather go to Wing's, WAAYYY better customer service!

      Really wonderful customer service, I don’t understand the negative reviews because I’ve always had too notch service every time I’ve come here. See Jesse for your account needs! Bubbly friendly personality, super helpful, very personable! Thank you for helping me set up an account for my daughters future college plans! I forget the tellers name but she was very kind and polite as well!! Thank You!❤️

      This Firefly location is my favorite, always great and efficient service (although I wish the one in Northfield hadn't closed). We've been members since they were the Fairway Employees Credit Union, prior to Us Federal.
