  15 costumers were in line to waiting there turn .only one cashier working on window rest 4 are hanging around.if you need open new account then no need to stand in line.it’s trap for new costumers.I have 3 business account with this bank and every day I waisted my 30 to 45 minutes in line.am going to close my accounts from this bank

  I was sent from lossee location to w Craig location, because they didn't have enough cash . When I got to the door I asked for the person they put on a note but Amador grenades Jr didn't want to let me in straight to talk to Danielle just like the people at lossee rd said it was gonna be. He is not helpful at all just opening and closing the door.

  Horrible customer service. I have a scheduled appointment that took over a week to get an arrived 20 mins early to a empty bank an was told I have to wait till my scheduled appointment. This place is completely empty other then the employees. Their reason was they're still waiting on their 230 appointments. So I was pretty much told if you're early you'll have to wait but if you're late you get priority service. So I show up early an you make me wait for someone who couldn't be on time.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had with Wells Fargo in 20 years. Friday afternoon line out the door one teller open no manager speaking to anyone about the unbelievable long, long wait. Wow and so horrible for the seniors in line wondering what’s going on.. Shame on this place, never again!!!

  Great bank! The people that work here are very nice and helpful. My dad and I have had no issues with this bank. They have always gone above and over to help us. My parents have been with Wells Fargo for over thirty years with home loans and everything. And they have always helped us. Thank you guys.

  This is a busy bank but know how to move people quickly. My business bank deposits were done quickly and efficiently by Tiffany. Thank you

  This branch is poorly managed! Drive thru is longer than the walk in which also not impressed with. Only 2 windows open at peak hours! 11:30 - 2pm. Tellers are never friendly and take too long on a basic cash & deposit! Absolutely terrible service!

  I received a call from the branch asking me to return their call. When I called the branch at the number that they left, that number is not answered and a recording states that there is no way to leave a message. It is clear that they do not care about their customers time.

  They are lucky I am even giving them a star!!! We will be closing our account. Wells Fargo is ridiculous and they take advantage of their customers... They lost the ability to add 4 to 5 new business with me today. They sent my card to another state, they don't value their customers business. It's a choice to bank some where and I choose to go else where!!! Thank you for nothing!!!

  Support Your Local Credit Unions. -15 Is Their Rating. Wells Fargo Is A FARCE..They treat u like a criminal when u want your own money back....Long Lines, Charges for an account...Every Location in this Great Country!@ I stick to My Local Credit Union!!
