Adam J5Dealing with Wells Fargo Customer “Support” over the phone can be a pretty arduous and disheartening experience. So I took an issue I had to Juan, the Branch Manager of this location. I was not disappointed. My issue was small, I’m a small-time customer compared to others I guess, but Juan treated me as if I was about to use them to buy a $3 million dollar property or something. He called me back promptly, handled my issue and then some. That branch has definitely earned a loyal customer as long as he is there. It’s so amazing to deal with great people like this. Thank you Juan!
Response from the ownerHello, Adam. It’s wonderful to see that you’ve had such a positive experience with Juan. Vanessa Syptak1I’ve never had issues with Wells Fargo, been banking with them forever. This location really rubbed me the wrong way one day when I was in a hurry (I wasn’t being pushy or anything) One of the employees there was not being very accommodating towards me, he was just sitting there chatting away with one of his co workers. To say the least there are so many other Wells Fargo branches I will probably go too first before banking here. Oh, and they do not have a public restroom.

Nkosi Barrow1I closed my bank account at this location due to a very questionable company policy that prevents non-Americans(not undocumented) from acquiring a credit card. They allowed me to get an secured credit card to build my credit since I had no credit history. They promised that within a year I would be able to move to a regular credit card as long as I had a clean credit history. I kept my end of the bargain only to be told about this policy one year later. The banker I dealt with didn't even question why I was closing my account, but seemed very upset with me that I was. Customer service at its poorest.

Ziyuan Wang (nkdd)1Try your best to avoid this branch. Disrespectful to customers. My wife dropped me there today to open an account, then after I waited for 20 minutes, the guy told me he need to pick up his son and could not help me. Why not tell me when I arrived?? I had to wait for my wife to pick me up outside in the rain. Is that how Wells Fargo treat new customers??

John Fuex1I can't even begin to tell you how awful my experience trying to get a loan with this bank was. Started trying to finance a small investment property (Under $150K) with this bank in April, have top credit scores, turned in the paperwork on the same day it was requested. Now here we are at the end of July, after months of runaround, bungling and bad attitude and the loan not only hasn't closed, they can't even give me an estimate of when it MIGHT close. I keep getting excuse after excuse about the fact that my banker (Nate). First the appraiser (that they picked) took too long to turn in the report, then underwriting and legal (both groups within Wells Fargo) have been taking too long to approve the papers. I've gotten revised estimated close date one after another just to see them whoosh by. They aren't even willing to estimate a date anymore. I've never met a banker who was so unfamiliar with (1) the loan products they offer; and (2) how to manage the process of processing a loan. I'm not certain if this is a Wells Fargo thing or just this branch, but to be safe I'd avoid sending a loan through this branch at all costs.

Candice Hart4I have never had an issue with this bank. They make small talk and always seem willing to help when I go in. The atm is convenient and the hours are good. It can get busy at peak times but I have not had to wait more than 5 minutes ever. Great service

Carrie Cook5I'd like to commend Brittany Sierakowski for going above and beyond. She took the initiative in sorting out my elderly mother's accounts!
Response from the ownerI’m happy to see Brittany was able to assist you, Carrie. Thank you so much for this feedback and have a great rest of your day! -Nick, Wells Fargo HL Social

Joseph Miles3Long wait lines. The manager guy stood around doing nothing while the woman teller did her best. It looks like poor management.
