  So I went hoping to get some extra cash for a midi keyboard. He browsed online and said he could only offer $40. I went down the street and got $90 for the same keyboard. Moral of the story, don't go here.

  Don't!!! Go to this pawn shop i had a watch i wanted to get a loan for and the young hispanic male said they don't do Fossil watches it was a good quality expensive watch that was a birthday gift.so I left from there and went to the one across the street and they gave me a good loan for it and was pleased. Stay away from this pawn shop they are very picky! and unfair.

  Great pawn shop to work with. I don’t really make decisions based on reviews, but I have been pawning my Rolex here since I moved to Austin a year ago and it’s always taken care of when I redeem it. Word of advice, get the loan for what you need and it’s easier to get back. Cheers, Gregory

  So I have had bad experiences here. When it comes to pawning anything , they offer you lowest possible loans. I went in with a touch screen all in one pc which I planned to get out within the next two weeks, they only offered me $40. I went across 183 to cash America and they gave me $120. When it comes to buying, I bought a Samsung galaxy note 3 there and it seemed fine until I got in my car and realized the charging port does not work unless you twist the cord a certain way. I went back inside like 5 mins later and they would not accept a return because I left the store (I didn't even leave the parking lot) Don't go to this pawn shop!

  Whatever you do don't sell your jewelry or get a loan on your jewelry at this place. They're trying to steal gold back pain about 20% of what it's worth. Go to a gold buyer so you can get wet your gold is worse these people are flat-out Crooks

  Sold me a table saw that works in store and not at home. Was not told sale was AS IS until after I was handed the receipt and I asked the return policy. Thanks for robbing me as your manager won't do anything even within the first 30 minutes of owning item!! Then speak to me as if it is working because it was extensively tested. You know it has a short and have dishonest business practices. I would not have purchased had you told me AS IS prior to purchase.

  STAY AWAY! This place wont give you your money back even if the item you purchased doesnt work within 10 minutes of you buying the item. Dont trust a place that doesnt even give you a 24 hr return policy. Bad business ethics. Stay Away!

  Came in yesterday and bought an Ibanez guitar. after going over the guitar and its internals, ive come to the conclusion that i shouldnt have paid more than 50$. Good condition for this model go for around 89$ but this was no where near good condition, esp the broken nut on the neck that they neglected to tell me about, and they charged 100$. the internal wiring is fried, stress cracks all over the body. basically what im getting at is this place got the upper hand on me by not going over the instrument thoroughly before selling it and leaving it to the buyer to discover all that was wrong with it after paying way to much for it. you guys kinda screwed me. 10/10 will never be going back and i will never recommend. for the sake of your customers, y'all should go over your musical inventory better

  Bought games here multiple times. But then they sold me this one and they won't let me exchange it and it is a bad disc. You think they would want to keep repeat customers but I guess not. I won't be back

  Steven the manager was unable to properly open my camera and broke it. Did not apologize and told me he had the right to inspect all merchandise before sale! Let’s just say he suck and doesn’t have a corporate or Owner number! Won’t be back ever again!
