  I have had 3 different BMWs that I have purchased and leased in San Antonio, but since I’ve moved to Austin I get my car services here. Every interaction I have had with staff here is professional and friendly. This week I was given some misinformation and Hope H, without hesitation, was very accommodating and quickly provided a solution. It’s the exact experience I expect from a luxury dealership. I would highly recommend the auto services or purchasing a vehicle from here!

  I went in just asking for information on a vehicle they had. Charles helped me from looking at my options all the way through the purchase of the car. Charles and Ben did an extraordinary job at helping me get settled with what I needed for my vehicle, financing, and overall purchase. I’m very happy with how my purchase turned out and they have been nothing but attentive to questions I’ve had since leaving the lot with my car. I would highly recommend the shop but especially seeing Charles for all car needs!!!

  Experience with bmw of Austin is always first class. The sales team is amazing, they take take of the customers and they are very knowledgeable. I bought the car that I came in to see the same day, they are fair and didn’t really push for a sale, I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend bmw of Austin to anyone looking for an bmw.

  I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Jason Rucker. The experience could not have been easier, even coming in from out of town. I was offered a fair trade for my vehicle, sight unseen. The vehicle I was coming to purchase practically looked brand new, completely matched the pictures online (which I was worried about initially, since I was travelling to purchase a vehicle), and was also priced fairly. Jason was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, but also friendly and warm. I hope it will be awhile before I need a new car, but I would definitely look Jason up next time I'm in the market!

  I had a great experience here - especially thanks to Matt Terranella! He was so helpful throughout the entire process, not pushy at all, and made sure we got the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Highly recommend - if you want to be taken care of, go see Matt at BMW of Austin!

  Larry Stenson is one of the best in the industry when it comes to buying a new BMW. He strikes the perfect balance of experience, personality and professionalism. Larry is a no nonsense type of guy and lets the brand sell itself. If you looking to purchase a new BMW give him a try! Thanks again Larry for everything.   Charles at BMW preowned certified vehicles took amazing care of me. I showed up knew what I wanted and he helped me get into something that was within my price range and convenient for my needs! Amazing customer service everything went very smooth and very accommodating to my schedule.

  While they did not have the vehicle options I wanted (therefore I purchased at another dealer in Texas), I have to give kudos to the service department. Charles and Alan have both been great to work with. With my prior BMW, Alan did a great job of keeping in contact with me throughout the service and warranty repair progress. The same has been true for Charles with my most recent service appointment. He helped get everything set up properly, listened to my needs and was therefore able to articulate the concerns to the service repair team. It's easy to become spoiled with BMW as their loaner program is great and causes little to no downtime in the event of a service appointment. I am hopeful that if I decide to trade my car in the future that I'll be able to find the right fit at BMW of Austin. The north Austin location, to be very clear.
