  AVOID this location like the plague If you have anything more complicated than the average deposit. The most rude UNPROFESSIONAL foul mouthed Branch Manager I've ever dealt with. And to the branch manager if you don't like your job or have a bad attitude don't show up to work, you'd do your location a favor since the tellers seem to know more than you anyway.

  Do not EVER go to capital one for anything. First off i cannot understand the customer service people because the hire people overseas for cheap. They also do not understand me, which makes it hard to communicate or get anything done. There was a pay off that happened with a car that was financed through capital one, THEY NEVER SENT THE TITLE.... its been over a month. Their system told me before i spoke to a rep that the pay off was already recieved. When i spoke to the rep i think he repeated what the automated system already told me. All i understood was "payoff recieved april 1." Which i already stated. Now we have to wait longer for them to sent the request to get the title.... 😒 if they did their job in the beginning we wouldnt have to wait for something that should of been done a MONTH ago!!!!! I asked why it was never sent and it went silent. Then he said "send the request now, it will take 1-5 business days, you need to call the DMV."

  This location is great. Johnna helped me get an issue with my debit card fixed and had a positive attitude the entire time. All the staff here has always been helpful. 5/5

  Waited 2 hours to get a wire transfer/cashier check. This bank is not meant for business owners. No manager on site. They have rotating managers across multiple sites. When it came down to getting approval they could not get hold of the regional manager during business hours. Staff is not knowledgeable about basic processes. Operates like a mom and pop place. Will not bank with them going forward.

  Worst bank ever. So unprofessional and Blair’s everything on the system. DEFINITELY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BANK WITH THEM

  Taylour Young has been missing since December 9th, 2021. Capital One has yet to release the footage to his parent's. The only footage released was from the Kroger's but unfortunately you could not see clear enough to see the detailed description of the person driving. Also the footage from the ATM would give a photograph which would confirm it was indeed Taylour Young driving and if he was alone. This case is ACTIVE and we are asking for anyone with information PLEASE call the tip line or HPD immediately. We will not give up until Taylour Young is found and returned to his family. Feel free to join in our search for Taylour.

  Not being from this area, I drove around for 40 minutes visiting 3 separate Bank of America locations and NONE were open on a Saturday at 11am that had access to a teller! Came across this Capital One and teller was so polite and quickly provided the service I desired. I usually bank with BOA, but even the BOA near my home is hardly ever open anymore! Great job Capital One, keep up the great customer service and over time you will gain more loyal customers. You also have a much better savings account rate online than your competitors.

  I went their today to open a new account with all my information ready and the lady said that I need an ID and I had it then gave me an excuse to do it online and didn’t want to help me open it like bank of america which I opened with them in less than an hour after leaving capital one in Pearland. Totally disappointed with their workers. For anyone starting or opening another account I recommend Bank of America! They are great in costumer service.

  They close the bank for no reasons on the date of normal business hours.The bank was closed so many times while it shows open on google map.Waste my time to drive over

  I waited over an hour to open up a bank account, this branch is so slow. the one guy who was taking people in was taking his sweet time standing around like a lost puppy. I let him handle his business, I was patient but then he called someone who got there after me before me, I told him I was there first and then said he didnt see my name on the tablet. The first thing I did when I walked in was sign in on the tablet. Hes so lucky I didnt go off, he didnt even try to help, I was definitely not about to wait again. Worst first experience. 0 stars.
