  Priscilla doesn’t know about her products . Very inefficient. First time going in and did not have a pleasant experience. Wouldn’t recommend this bank.

  Never have I been more disappointed in a bank institution. I’ve banked with the credit union for quite sometime and have always had a fairly good experience here until staff changed. The branch manager ( Christyn)that was here before was always very informative along with the staff. Went to apply for a loan that I have once before received with no issues until now. Policies have changed and with that being said never passed along to the customer. Also called the the branch numerous times along the head corp office only to be told something different from 3 employees with ACU. By the way had someone from ACU call me that I still could qualify for the small Christmas Loan. Here’s the kicker... went to apply told I was approve and to come back later to receive the funds only to be told 2 hours later I’m that NOT approve!!!! Not because of credit but because of a small formality of how money is deposited into my account???? Yes, money gets deposited into the account but from another certified bank institution in the US... Wellsfargo! I think it’s imperative that you disclose all information to the consumer especially when they do business with you and that all employees are knowledgeable about changes. Just know that are plenty of credit unions that would love to receive my business. Closed Account.

  Always friendly, convenient access after I go shopping, great rates and services. Its small but never busy or a long wait. It serves its purpose well at this location. They have private offices if you need privacy and can do pretty much anything a larger location could.

  ATM was not working, and its super inconvenient when your id is in the car and you have a toddler with you. Had to go somewhere else to use the ATM then when I came back to deposit the lady was rude. 🙄
