  Great bunch of fair ladies, working here smiles that warm the blood. Helpful quick problem solvers. Easy for truckers to park behind the building to access. Close to highway. No pics of actual bank. Inside to the left.

  This branch has terrible customer service. I called in to ask about wait times, and was told that they were extremely busy. They offered to set up an appointment in two hours so that I could avoid the wait. I showed up 5 minutes early and then proceed to wait 20 min beyond my appointment time with no end in sight. When I asked to speak with the manager about the delay she acted as if it wasn't an issue and that I should have expected to wait. I don't recommend this branch to anyone who values their time.

  I want to say wow, customer service is over the top now at this Branch. Good job , all of you that I’ve met so far. Especially I want to acknowledge KAYLA who is just an amazing manager and takes great care of all her customers.

  Stay away from this wells fargo and save yourself a headache and attitude from employees. We tried to come in and get a check cashed about an hour and a half before closing time. They said they needed 15 more minuites, so we went shopping and came back 15 mins later. They still couldn't figure out how to do it. They blamed everyone else, so we called the company who issued the check. They let us know that everything was taken care of on their end and that a lot of people have similar problems with this branch. We were told to go to the wells fargo in front of Safeway. We simply asked for our check back so we could just try the one they were suggesting we went to, and the teller literally got upset with us. She got very defensive, explaining how she worked here for 11 or 13 years and she knew everyone was on the same system. She told us the other bank wouldn't be able to help us and continued to try to run our check every 30 seconds, even though we asked to leave. Anyway the supervisor tried to step In and called the releasing party, I asked if we should try the other bank before it's too late and they assured me service was the same. She was on the phone for about 5-10 mins and couldn't get a hold of anyone. So we left there at 5:45, made it to the wells fargo in front of Safeway and were out by 5:53. Proof is simply in the pudding.

  The gal on the phone was a pain to talk to. Wasn't listening so I had to repeat my question many times in a row. She goes on about things not-so-helpfully / repetitively, and I listened through. Yet she won't let me finish 2 sentences without interrupting. That seems to be how professional or helpful they are at this branch.

  Your typical Wells Fargo Bank. Located inside of Smith's Food and Drugs. Tellers are very friendly and helpful. I have simply had extremely poor experience with Wells Fargo's business practices, in general.

  Went over yesterday and the ladies there are 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 plus stars, I'd recommend this bank 100%..... only people with miserable lives will complaint about this bank. thanks
