Dan Laurin5While this Wells Fargo bank is small, which may lead to long lines etc. I found the staff especially welcoming, jovial, and helpful. The young man who helped me out, I think his name was Albert, was very patient and answered all my questions regarding my account, and gave me sound advice for my next step regarding my account. While it is a small place and the wait time can be long, an appointment can solve that!

Frank Li5This branch really helped me get out of a jam. I had to wire some money on short notice and they were able to make an appointment within 24 that worked with my schedule, and got done what I needed. Banker was very friendly.

Ritchelle Aquino1Was there yesterday at the drive thru to make a deposit and unfortunately didn’t know that my DL was expired. So the teller told me to come inside and make the deposit because they couldn’t do it over the drive thru. So I went inside and try to make the deposit over the counter. The teller told me that she couldn’t find my account number considering that I already give her my Wells Fargo checks. And one of the banker help her out as well to do it but they still really couldn’t figure out on how to do it. So the banker ask me to get the code from my online banking so I can make the deposit to the ATM. So then I did that, but then unfortunately again the system was down . Of all this very inconvenient experience considering that I am in a high risk 8 months pregnant situation was so disappointing! I even almost cried because all I need was just to make the deposit and don’t understand why they’re making it so difficult to the customers! And all they said was Sorry!!!! That they can’t really help me out!!!

Rena Jacobs1This branch is the worst that I have visted since I have had them. One of their untrained tellers forgot to reverse a transaction that they tried to process and didn't even let me know about it. I had to find out about it on my own! That one mistake caused a whole bunch of confusion and drama on my end! And as far as im concerned my situation was un cared for! They basically brushed it off like it was nothing! The manager sucks so I'm not surprised that her employees suck too! And they didn't even let me use the bathroom! The worst!!
