  This is the worst experience that I have it today with this bank today Friday, February 21,2020 I went because I wanted to replace one of my debit cards for my business account and I ask one of the lady and she said, Wait I’m about to leave in there there was a manager just sitting in his office texting on the phone without ask me how he can help me I wait around for 40 minutes and I love because the time!!I don’t Recommend this location I love Bank of America but this branch need to be a little more organizing and be more helpful with the customer service!!

  This bank here from bank manager to teller named as Erika were terrible , their customer serivce needs to be re trained badly especially Erika has a bad vibe and attitude and she needs to improve

  I've gone into this branch on numerous occassions and ran into issues each time. Aside from BoA's typical banking center problems (long lines, only open during workday hours, low ATM withdrawal limits, etc.), this particular location has proven in multiple instances that they don't care much for me as a customer. The first time, I told them a few days early that I needed to cash a large check under short notice, so that I could provide the money to my wife's family. This banking center said that they could help, though I might have to go to multiple locations to withdraw everything. That's fine, no problem. I understand that most locations don't keep that much cash on hand for security reasons. When I actually brought the check in, though, they told me that it would take a week+ to process, due to the size, and that I couldn't withdraw the bulk of it until after that time. Despite being told that it was possible only days earlier, and my own personal pleading to the manager, I was informed repeatedly that I was out of luck. PNC (the bank that actually issued the check) ended up making a few calls, placing an emergency money order, and cashing the entire check to help me out, even though I didn't have a checking account with them. Thanks PNC! And really, BoA? In another instance, which happened just today, I tried to withdraw $200 from one of the tellers. My wallet was stolen the day before, so I didn't have my debit card or ID. They asked a series of security questions, looked at the photo copy of my ID that I provided, and then told me that $100 was the limit (because I didn't have my actual ID or debit card). I told them that I really needed it today and that the other locations would be closed by the time I got off work. Still, I was refused. They didn't even bother to look into other ways of assisting me. So if all of my stuff is stolen, I'm basically screwed if I have to pay the rent or some other bill that's larger than $100? With BoA's security policies, and this location's management, I guess that would be the case. I have a few more stories about this banking center, but this is already getting too lengthy, so I'll wrap it up. I'll say that Bank of America is super convenient. Probably THE most convenient bank in the U.S. I have been a customer for 14+ years and will continue to be solely for the convenience factor. It's pretty clear, though that this location does not care about me as a customer. I will definitely avoid it in the future.

  This branch has been with 1 teller only and wait is always expected , this morning around 10am they don't have a teller yet . The manager very nice guy but he can not keep given customers excuses for long.

  Went there just to open an account, they turn me down because I had no appointment. The employees had time to help me out, they rather to be on their computer. While they can be gaining a great customer. Who started doing appointment for banks that’s ridiculous.

  How is it that a major bank with a pretty decent mobile app still makes small business owners fill out paper slips just to make a deposit? For each check, no less. WEAK. You'd never find this a SunTrust.

  Only bank tellers are assisting customers before the bank closes at 6pm on Friday. Managers are texting on the phone while there is a line of 11 people.

  Worst customer service especially this guy named Carlos .. He is completely clueless of what he does and has zero knowledge I feel. Very rude . Worst experience ever !!!!
