Worst Mortgage company to consider. When it comes to your largest investment this is not the company you want. I recently just resigned from Amerisave after being forced to call clients on the "DO NOT CALL LIST"every single day. This company calls clients from a Scam phone number everyday. This Company does try so hard to steal Rocket mortgage clients amongst other lenders. High chance this company keeps your loan in process without closing. They'll also ask for your appraisal fee knowing they cannot close your loan. I will not even wish my worst enemy to work with Amerisave mortgage. Also late on paychecks which also broke the ice for me. Being late on paychecks I'll never trust you with my mortgage.

Surprised to see all of the negative comments. This was my first time dealing with Amerisave. I came to them after having a really bad enounter with that rocket company that does mortgages. Not only did Amerisave give me a lower rate AND processed the mortgage which the other company wouldn't do (after explaining in excruciating detail to them what the circumstances were and an assurance that they could follow through with the refi). Amerisave even performed a deed and title transfer of the property into my name during the process. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received..........now if only I could get someone to answer the phone.... lol..... but that's not a big problem for me personally...Lol.

Just received a phone call and have answered some questions until I realized it’s not the mortgage company i’ve been speaking with. So i told the officer name Joe? that i was confused with other mortgage company and he changes he attitude and cut me off and just hung up on me. Came out of no where and very rude. Please never contact me again.

I would have given - star to Amerisave Mortgage for their customer service and all mortgage related service they provide to their customer. I transferred my loan to Amerisave this year May. While they were closing I told the loan originating contact agent Marc Castro that my tax information is not correct and it should be corrected before I sign all the paper. However, mentioned agent did not make any search and just assured me that they did inquiry with county tax office and tax amount they provided was correct. And very next day, they came back to close the loan process and did it. However, after few month I received a letter from the county office with due tax for the first 6 month which was not paid and the amount was more which I mentioned before. I contacted several times to customer service. They have only one email address and phone number to contact. each time i get a new person to pick my call and they never resolved my problem. They never paid my overdue tax and it ended up now with penalty and interest. And again I contacted customer service, same issue another lady picked up call asked do this do that and assured me it will be taken care now. Alas! Amerisave never did anything till today. I have not fix name to contact, no fix number to call and no fix email email. every single time i contact them they just listen and do not solve the issue. i do not know at this point how i can get rid of Amerisave. Same on Amerisave customer service.

Despite the fact that I have a very good credit score, never missed a mortgage payment, and I have had the same federal job for over 20 years. Katherine my mortgage specialist continues to ask the same forms and got 500 dollars out of me but still hasn't closed. i highly recommend to NOT use this company, big scam. it has been four months and still nothing but going in circles!!!! - Khan Idris

Worst Mortgage Company ever! Don't waste your time with these people!!! I applied to refinance my mortgage and the agent proposed me a 2.50% rate by making me pay $500 application fees. I furnished all the documents needed and after waiting for a month I started worrying and started looking to get a status update. 2 months later, they said that I have something on my credit report making my income to debt ratio high. Here the content of their last email "After reviewing your application, we have closed your file for incompleteness or we are unable to approve you for a loan program. Thank you for allowing AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation the opportunity to assist you. Attached is a notice of declination which indicates the reason(s) your loan request could not be approved."

Can I leave a zero star rating? After taking my $500 application fee I received a pre-approval letter. That is all I received for money. I was not able to reach my assigned mortgage originator by phone or email. I called the toll free number numerous time and was bounced to a number that would disconnect the call. Left messages for call backs, with no call coming through. In reading other reviews this is the pattern of behavior for AmeriSave. I suspect I will be part of a class action suit and hopefully I receive some or all of my fee back. The scary part is they have all my personal information, and I wonder how secure it is. Buyer Beware!

It is now over 3 months and my loan process is still not complete. There is no clean message I receive from the loan officer on status of my loan. Please look somewhere to refinance and please do not pay the upfront fee of $500 to start the loan process. I did request for reimbursement of my fee if they are unable to close the loan, no response so far.

If I could give AmeriSave Mortgage zero stars, I would. I provided them with all pertinent information, 3 times uploaded my taxes, paid for the appraisal, followed all the tasks to be completed. Now 6 months later, I was declined, with 788 credit rating and income over $150K for a $320K refinance on $450K property. This company is a fraud, hope you can party on my $500 appraisal fee.

Still looking to refinance they lie about their monthly payments and closing costs and try to tie you down by paying a 500 non refundable application fee just for you not to possibly go with them. Scummy. Any other mortgage company will give you updated figures without charging $500
