  Very unhelpful staff. I just needed them to send my documents to Credit card unit but they said we can't! This is what other banks like Wells Fargo did it for me without any hesitant!

  This place is great- the people are so helpful and patient! I came in about an hour before closing with a big box of world money. Several people took their time to count it all, it was amazing to witness how fast they did it! I would highly recommend banking here if you are wanting five star costumer service.

  This is the worst customer service I ever saw while I’m dealing with the bankThis bank must go out of business. If no one believes just go and try and will see you after you open your account. I will never ever never recommend it to no one

  I went there on Saturday without an appointment during COVID, manager and staffs tried their best to assist my request even though it was fully booked. In short, they are professional, friendly and courtesy.

  First class group from the tellers right up to the Senior Vice President. The customer service and consistent recommendations for how to make my money grow motivated me to move my money from the disgraced and corrupt Wells Fargo to Citi Bank-particularly this branch! The team is there through thick and thin and they are heroes for risking their lives to attend to the public.

  Well, think twice if you want to stop by in this branch to open an account or do anything, ...I open priority checking account, they told me within one week, we are going to get our ATM card, after two weeks, I tried to access online and open online access to our account after so many times won't allow me because need one-time code, I called customer service.. they told me, I need authentication code because is a new account which supposed to set up once I was opening an account... he is so arrogant and not friendly, I don't know, why put him as branch manager... story short, I would go to other breaches than this one if you want to open with CitiBank... I will reach out to a higher-level within Citibank about my experience.

  The service was very slow and not very helpful. I have a Citibank account and recently visited this branch to cash a Citibank check a customer had written to me. What should have been a five minute stop to cash a check, literally took over 30 minutes, only to be turned away because they said they said that they couldn't "verify" the check. I took it straight to another Citibank branch and they cashed it in two minutes, no questions asked.

  Walked in asking for help with a fraud issue. After 10 minutes with one representative (who keeps calling an "internal number" in order to get to the fraud department, but no one answers on the other line) the manager has me move to an empty desk to call the department while he helps another customer. Worst customer service I've ever had.
