  This isn’t the branch that I normally use but I’ve been coming here more recently as I work nearby. With all the closures going on, due to Covid19, and the need to make appointments, Crystal has made it almost seem easy to get my banking done. I had originally only needed to move some money from my savings but she was able to point me towards a PPP loan which I was eventually approved for due to the current circumstances. I hadn’t even considered that I might be eligible. I might just stop using the branch next to my house.

  Banking is by appointment only, there are 4 cars parked in what I am guessing are staff slots, called to try and make an appointment and out of spite I let it ring for a good 15 minutes. Go elsewhere I know a lot of branches are closing maybe it’s time to jump ship from this bank.

  Awful. Just tried to deposit a check from the government signed by both me and my husband. They would not deposit it u less he was with me with his license. Crazy! I have never had this happen before. Signatures are always enough. Horrible branch.

  I went into his branch to deposit a check from Europe. I went into the branch because I had never received a foreign check before. The teller who helped me had never either and it took her 20 minutes to figure it out. I then had the check returned to me 2 weeks later for her processing it incorrectly. Terrible experience.

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been a customer for 20 years and am now banking with a local credit union. The good news is they are local and not a giant bank. So in a way I thank you for my terrible experience.

  This branch is horrible. They can never answer any questions when it comes to info on your account. The employees dont seem to be very knowledgable in the banking field.

  Typical bank experience, helpful employees at this location. Bank however has high fees and practices that benefit itself instead of the customer.
