      I have been a member for 14 years and have never encountered a bad experience. There is 1 teller who has been there for quite awhile who always remembers me.

      First Commonwealth is a great place to do your banking. They have friendly and knowledgeable folks. I had an issue having to close and reopen some accounts and from the branch manager to the teller/associate, I was treated with dignity and respect. I highly recommend First Commonwealth.

      I was the one that messed up and overdrew my account, but Lauren gave me great customer service with an amazing personality to go along with it and fixed it for me. She is a great asset and i will return to her when i visit.

      The WORST online banking. They have a system that confuses customers so badly they accidentally use other peoples logins and as a result you constantly get "invalid login" alerts and must reset your login info which makes remembering your own login impossible. Total Dumpster fire.

      Not being NCUA compliant. They do not go over any of the TIS disclosures at the end of an account opening...so members literally have no idea what they're signing up for. It's the blind leading the blind at this credit union. There have been many mistakes on accounts! Bank tellers are likely to give the wrong amount $$ that is requested.
