  I would highly recommended Amy Mercado. She was great - friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and went over and beyond to help me understand the mortgage process and through AFN I also had the pleasure of working with Michael Gossman - he also went over and beyond to help with any questions and took the time to explain everything to me.   I highly recommend Jamie Tritz, AFN, when it comes to the mortgage process. This was my first home purchase and it did not seem like it due to Jamie’s excellence. She was always there to answer questions, emails/texts, and phone calls. Jamie was able to get me through a few obstacles. She definitely cares about the customer and the customer’s interests. Overall, she made the whole process very smooth and simple.
