      I just came to their branch off of nut tree rd. on 02/04/22 Friday night and had my card and funds stole from the machine due to it malfunctioning right before heading out of state. I’m definitely canceling my policy.

      They do not have a customer representative on sundays which is highly frustrating and in my opinion not professional! We are trusting your credit union to hold our money and we can’t contact you on Sunday? That’s ridiculous. Donna A Bland did you decide your credit union should have Sunday off where your customers can’t reach a live representative or you didn’t think that far...

      Just went here for shared banking into another credit union and the teller was quite rude. She seemed flustered and pretty rude. I’ve come here before for banking and had a pretty good experience until now. Hence the 2 stars and not 1. Sorry to see that their quality of service has gone down quite a bit.
