Joshua Rios1I been with Wells Fargo for 5 years. It's been horrible, really horrible. I stayed to give them a chance because of the whole we changed to a better bank and not overcharge payments/money transactions anymore. Which they really did. I received well over 500$ in checks with apology letters about how they "Accidently" over charged my auto loan by "Accident". Then auto loan payments were taken out then returned with late fee's so when its taken out again it'll be negative of course. Addition with that I transferred 5$ from savings to checking to have a 13$ transfer fee added to my account. The customer service refuse to answer my cell phone but when I called through my office phone it wasn't a problem. Told the payment will be added to the end of my loan so I could pay at the end, Called the next day and they claimed I never talked to them about it and that it was never summited and not a legitimate reason for assistance. I tried and hoped to speak positive of the bank but over the years have been stressful. The staff are kind and the location is nice. The policy are so annoying

T Gonvid1I was in to close my account. Mainly because I've banked with them for 25 years and not once did they approve of any loan. I opened an account with alliance credit union and guess what? I got a personal loan $25000 . YUP this place is better than wellsfargo

Nerding Out With Nicky2While Wells Fargo offers good on-line services, their poor customer service tips the scale out of their favor. I recently had a problem with my account due to another bank charging me twice in one month for my student loan. I was able to get things straightened out with the other bank and get a refund; however, WF refused to refund the full amount of the Overdraft Protection fee. They would only refund half of the fee even though it was not my fault. It's about time these bankers start treating people as they would want to be treated as people, not as bankers. This is not the first time WF would not help me on my account to fix a problem. They want to keep your money any way they can.
