  Maybe is just me, but this keeps happening a lot. ATM’s are constantly unavailable.

  I've been banking with this same branch since 2014. I have never had problems with my account or with any of the services. I love my bank.

  I rate this place for stars for several reasons the staff there is very nice they deal with a lot of people and a constant basis they're just doing their job they try to be professional I've used their notary service there several times its top notch they've always been able to help and I continue to do business with them I must mention Nicole a banker there she helped my wife and I notarize the closing papers for a home we just purchased she was very professional very patient and very pleasant I will continue to do business there

  Please BEWARE of this location as they take advantage of the disabled and blind non english people. Mother went there to withdraw her disablity check and was shorted $700.00. She didn't notice until she got home. So then days later i went with her to see if they can pull the cameras and said it was too late and needed to come back another day. The teller that had helped her before as soon as she saw us talking to another teller about the sitiuation changed color(red) that to me proves something! She was acting very suspicious to the point where she was at the window assisting other customers and stoped and came out side to try and change our mind that the money was not lost there! !

  Customer service is outstanding,my direct deposit went to a closed acct.two times and they went the extra mile and instead of returning the funds to the payroll people they stopped it and had funds available in two days, outstanding incentive.

  I live down the street from this bank and have been their twice and both times bad service. I’ll keep making the drive to highland park if I need to deal with Wells Fargo again.
