Worst bank ever. Slow service. Staff is very rude.

Rude staff. Attempted to make a deposit, but made an obvious mistake on the slip. Teller, in a very rude tone stated "I CANT DEPOSIT THIS! THIS IS NOT AN ACCOUNT HERE!". I corrected the number, and made the deposit. Attitude was not necessary. But she through it in for free.

They have excellent service, they are very friendly and they have fast service, I highly recommend them and the service for the car is very fast in the mornings.

Only gave 1☆ & they didn't deserve it. Arrived at 7 minutes till close. The place was completely deserted. I could see that happening at some Ma&Pa convenient store. Extremely unprofessional Ty *broke4wkend*

Short and rude @ Dallas Oak Cliff location.... Gave out my account information with only requiring account number...I said Thank You ,and was about to ask another question and got the "dial tone"...Ha!!!!.... .......Haven't been with them very long... Not sure how much longer I will be either. Geeeesh!
