  The best insurance place put of all the a-max insurance places . They are understanding and was great to help with a problem my wife had occurred through the a-max on Illinois had no sympathy for there on fault. They made a mistake and this a-max fixed it.

  Lets just say if they give u quote here it is not going to be accurate!!!! American access is currently working on giving accurate quotes and the quote they give u it is just an estimate, so they cannot give u an exact amount of what your invoice will actually come out too until its generated.

  Went into Illinois office and was greeted very well office is clean. SanJuana is very knowledgeable in everything I was looking for. Will definitely refer my friends

  It’s really a hit and miss with these agents. In person you will get more help, over the phone don’t even bother. They will put you on hold for 10 mins then hang up.

  This place is really nice I enjoyed my time there and the people are so helpful, nice, and good at their job will be continue to truth them with my insurance.

  They are affordable at some point, but the prices fluctuates in a way that gradually increases and getting a quote for a better price or changing policy, is not available if you're in a current policy.
