  Today I went to get another debit card. I called because the hours stated 9am and it was 52mins after. Aaron answered the phone, he was amazing he sounded like a game show host! He was more than helpful, honestly I loved the experience, not to mention he was quick! Today was a good day! Thank you Aaron!

  Don't expect to be treated like a human being if you're Black! The staff here is incompetent and racist. I sat in the lobby for almost an hour for a direct deposit form and no one even once acknowledged me as a customer. The teller treated me as if I had committed fraud because I had inquired about a temporary card. Horrible bank and I will never visit this branch again.

  Very bad experience!!! That new African American lady in there has the worst customer service!! Every single time I’ve gone in there it seems she doesn’t want to work! She always gets mad when you get her to do something As cash a check or deposit or for whatever reason !

  These people are thieves! On two occasions I was making a cash deposit and they "made a mistake"! If I wasn't the type of person to double check this I never would have caught them. I don't know if this is BBT policy for "certain locations", just criminals working in a bank, or both. Don't use this bank!

  This is the worst bank ever!! All over the internet they have horrible reviews I wish I had read before I opened an account I urge everyone to also leave a review on the better business bureau as well

  No one seems like they are customer service based in this branch don't know what they doing no sense of urgency. Do not cater the African American race.
