      They have covered parking! It's usually pretty quiet when I've been there. Employees are friendly and helpful, usually ready with a bottle of cold water. Don't do the drive thru, unless parking and going in is a problem, which it very well could be for many of us.

      I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this branch. I just wanted to thank Maria for always being so patient with my grandfather and making sure he is taken care of. She even gave me a hug when she could tell I needed it. Also, thank you to the tellers (especially Heather!) for being so kind and understanding. This team goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. ❤️

      We are moving to Las Vegas and bought a house over the weekend. This morning I had to wire earnest deposit money to the title company. I went to another bank/branch and they said it would be 45 minutes and I would have to wait outside. Covid has really damaged the way we treat other people...unfortunately...especially customers:( I decided to go to the branch at 107th and Peoria and Stevan Santoscoy greeted me at the door and asked how he could help. I told him about the wire transfer and he said he had an appt in a few minutes, but could help me beforehand. We were done within 10 minutes! Stevan...thanks so much for going above and beyond with your excellent customer service today! You'll never know how much I truly appreciate it!

      I had an appointment this morning with Stevan Stantoscoy and he did an excellent job. He helped me set up a college credit card and was extremely informative, professional, friendly, and beyond helpful! 5 stars to a Stevan!!!

      This is why I've honestly gotten to the point where I hate Wells Fargo. Not only is it impossible to find a branch without going into a Safeway or fries or a bigger store the ones that you do have 1 drive-through have one ATM I just drove through closest one to my work I have a little short lunch break and it took me 10 minutes to get there there's seven cars on one ATM drive-through you know what I mean like come on Wells Fargo is this as a joke you know damn well that there's eight cars in the drive-through that needs to be another drive-through or in a bigger location needs to be opened to accommodate the people yes

      Would not let me deposit $1 in the swim club account without a photo ID. A really stupid policy and manager actually seriously justified it to deter “money laundering”. At least she could have admitted how stupid the policy is and given me a bank by mail envelope to mail in my $1 bill.
