  I have been with NFCU for over 18 years and not once have they let me down. Excellent credit card ratings and quick and timely loan service. I used to bank with USAA but there was really nothing NFCU could not do that USAA provides. Convienient ATM locations throughout the country and excellent web page access and security. Those that gave poor ratings should look at themselves closer and make payments on time and not float checks. Any other institution would have done the same.

  Wow. Horrible customer service. Called twice and no one returned my calls. Went in, was told I need my birth certificate as they hurried me out the door because it was after 5. Sorry, I was there on time, not my fault you made me wait. Now here I am again with my birth certificate and apparently that wasn't all I needed. Really wish people would just be honest and tell me what I need. I can't just miss work whenever I want.

  The worst Navy Federal I've been to in the entirety of the 50 states. I would write about my 2 unpleasant visits here, but it would be a novel. There are really great navyfcu branches out there, this is by far not one of them.

  I have to honestly say this branch has AMAZING customer service. They were dead on in helping me with a very stressful situation. They clarified the whole issue. Thank you again.

  It's a wonderful branch, but they need to update their hours. Due to covid, they're currently closed on Saturday in addition to Sunday.

  I don't understand why anybody would give this location a bad rating. Each and every time I visited then I received no less than kind, courteous, and professional services.

  Haley didn’t offer any solution to my problem needing a new debit card I had to ask another associate about another location for card services, staff was trained about bank procedures and abilities

  Either lied right to my face or she was incompetent. Just got off the phone with the 1800# and said they should have been able to help me out 100% of my problems at this branch. You've lost my buisness. Mind you I live in Prescott and work 6 days a week.

  I've been a member for 40? years, and have had 4 mortgages with them, purchased several cars, and have always been pleased with their knowledge, service, and willingness to go the extra mile.
