  Had to clear up some details on a loan and open a business account, and Edgar S. did a great job helping me with both tasks. He made everything go quick & easy, and had a great attitude & sense of humor. This location is definitely going to be my go-to from here on!

  High fees, gotcha costs, and a general disdain for customer needs reminds me of a profit hungry bank, not a member focused credit union. After 10 years I'm done with this pseudo-credit union.

  There are always enough tellers to help us. They smile, say hello and ask how they can help me. Desert Financial has a friendly, kind group of employees. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes to be helped. The workers are well trained in their jobs and how to answer my needs. I like the giving season when every Jan. some people receive money for being a member of Desert Financial if they meet the criteria for rewards. Desert Financial is a friendly, happy place to do banking.

  Desert Financial has been the absolute best financial institution that I have ever dealt with. Do to the recent shut down, I have not done any of my banking in months. Clara made short work of it. I have also been dealing with my father's estate, and she handled that fantastically as well. The staff at my branch of Desert Financial has taken all of the usual anxiety out of banking for me.   Felt welcomed by all staff as soon as I walked into the branch. Athyna helped my husband and I open an account, she reviewed everything with us and it was a painless process.
