  Bank Of America has been my bank for years and I have never complained but this location on Northern is the worse customer service facility I have ever used... I moved up here so thats why I TRY TO DO MY BANKING HERE. No one knows how to even print a bank statement. Always only 1 agent working.. No service attitude. Man at front desk is the worse... Please do something because I am a Social Worker and I will call corporate office.. Sad 😔.

  I visit your bank once a week and every week is the same thing. 1 teller with 15 people in line. Look at your cameras. I have called your corp and nothing happens. You have plenty of tellers not the hours for them. Stop being a scrooge bank !!

  Place is a joke. Service is the slowest I have ever encountered. Sat in the lobby for over and hour waiting for a banker. Saw tons of workers but no one willing to actually help. Go anywhere else if you can. Boo!

  Wait in line AT LEAST a 45 minutes everytine I come here. They have PLENTY of employees walking around acting busy. Coming in and out from the back. There tellers are awesome feel so bad they r the only ones who work. Friday payday n one teller all day. Unacceptable. Maybe they should check there reviews everyone has the same complaint 59 reviews w 1.2 stars!! But again there tellers are awesome. It's not there fault they r the only ones working!!! This place is worse than the DMV. If they can't get another teller maybe they can get chairs in th3 line so we can have a seat while we wait for out cash!!!

  Just read the reviews. This BofA on Northern is the WORST bank I have ever been to. Long lines... one teller... terrible customer service and even the Manager on duty was rude. Junk!!!!!

  Every Friday, the most common pay day they have a line all the way to the door because they only have 1 teller. Plan on being there for at least 45 minutes to cash your check on Friday

  Pink hair manager is rude and shows no interest in helping customers. I needed a temporary debit card made and was told I need to make an appointment next week... It takes 5 minutes to do so!

  This place is a joke they have more people walking around looking at everyone than they do helping people. There is 5 teller stations and never anymore than one teller. Is give 0 stars if i could but unfortunately i have to leave one. Will they ever do something about this??
