A Thompson1This location needs to be retrained in customer services! The only good service I received was an employee (Yvonne) coming back from lunch and happened to hold the door open for me as we both proceed to enter at the same time. At 12:21pm, There is one patron waiting to be assisted by the “one “ Teller working the drive up window. Not one person (6 employees in the teller area) took the time to say “ we apologize for the lengthy wait”... at least something to that nature. The lack of professionalism is overwhelming. A another customer asked if they’re open for business and the response from the Teller was snappy and rude. 😔. The elderly lady left immediately. I was waited on at 12:48 pm by Yvonne whom was not a Teller. She assisted me and was very pleasant. I normally do the drive up service and figured it would be faster service.. I know better next time .

Jennifer Kendrick1This place is terrible! SUPER SLOW! When I go thru the drive thru it takes forever! I'm always sitting there for 45 mins. Use any other bank besides wells fargo!. I know my review will not make any changes since this location has a 2 star rating but when you have managers walking around aimlessly and the one teller is having to handle customers in the lobby and drive thru...its ridiculous! Maybe they need new managment to make a difference. I would never bank here. The only reason I come here at all is my employer uses this god forsaken place

Brian Cantor1Any time you go to this branch location be prepared to wait atleast 30 minutes before anyone is able to help you. Also a simple task such as a deposit takes ages for them to complete. Management needs to be improved or the staff needs to be retrained

Sash Iagulli5A service Manager by the name of Emily Sole was nothing short of what Wells Fargo stands for.... Courteous. I was having a hard time getting my check printed to set up my direct deposit.. I've been having trouble for a month or so and each time it has been such a headache that no one can figure out. Not ONLY was she extremely kind on what has been extremely irritating of a day for me (I wasn't as kind as I could have been) but she went above and beyond by refunding the purchase for the checks and an overdraft fee I occurred during this time I've been trying to set up direct deposit. This young lady is what managers should be and honestly this holiday season.... she was a blessing for me. I know it seems like something small.... but it is people like her who make the small things easier for us who truly make our day to day lives easier. I just want to say thank you trom the bottom of my heart. People like her are why I have been a patron of this bank for 10 years. Again... thank you!🤝🙌👏

Dakota Dellano3It really depends what time of day & what day of week you go to this branch. On slow & quiet days all the employees are all smiles & can't be nicer. But, as soon as that place gets busy, the mood of everyone at this branch turns not so nice & friendly. Also, if you need anything special done that requires actual a thinking multi step process done by the tellers, give yourself extra time as they are very slow doing the task & constantly go to supervisors for assistance. A mediocre branch of Wells Fargo.

tunis fresh & fast1The worst service I got in this location , stuff was very unhelpful , I waited for ever to get seen by someone , very rude . I been with Wells Fargo for a 20 years almost . But I finally decided to close my account and find a different bank that’s gonna respect their customer.

Denicia H.1Slow as hell. They obviously do not have enough competent people working at this location. Stood in line for at least 45 mins. There were only 3 people ahead of me and only 1 teller helping people.

FJ Fernandez1Pulled cash out of the Wells Fargo ATM and immediately walked in to exchange for larger bills. Was told that they wouldn’t do it without a Wells Fargo account. Apparently they’re okay with charging $3.00 to use their ATM but not to exchange bills. I guess since they’re not making money on that transaction it’s not worth it to them. No wonder WF has such a bad rep. So glad I don’t have an account with them. Never have, never will.

Morgab Francig1There's a black lady here and she's really rude.. I could be wrong, but I almost feel like she was rude to me just because I was transgender (and I'm NEVER the typical "oh they did this because they don't like me!" Type of person.) I genuinely felt tension and like the teller was disgusted. She rushed me, was very short, and slammed papers and pushed them at me and dismissed me so rudely. It really hurts my feelings because I've banked with Wells Fargo for quite some time and was treated like this... 😔

shihab mustafa1Branch manager Whose name is Jose is literally the worst ... I’m truly shocked he’s a manager ... he has no knowledge of banking ... he almost messed my business account up really badly and almost made me lose a month of inventory just because he lacks knowledge and management skills .. he told me a cash deposit would take two days to show up in my account and when I told him a cash deposit is available immediately he started to get agitated like a little child ... he couldn’t do a simple wire transfer for me that I have done a million times the same exact way everytime... I went to a different branch the same day and told them what happened .. they completed the transfer in 5 minutes and made fun of the manager of this branch saying they never heard a more absurd reasoning than that ... the employees at this branch are ok they just are stuck with Jose who is lazy , has poor management skills , and a very bad attitude. I will also be calling his district manager ... you don’t want someone like that dealing with you hard earned cash
