  I use the branch on 56th and the key to good customer service is building good relationships with your customers and promoting positive, helpful and friendly environment and this branch has exceeded that and courteous treatment will definitely make me continue to do business and recommend friends and family to GTE so to all the staff at this branch Thank you all for caring about me as a costumer and thank you for being so professional you all..Are very appreciated keep up the good work!!

  Carlos provided the best customer service. Friendly, information, personable, and great attitude and professionalism provided by him and I wish he wasn't just filling in at that location.

  Do NOT bank with them. I've had the worst experience so far than I've had with any bank. They are not looking out for their members during COVID-19! You're better of with Wells Fargo, Chase or even Bank of America

  Made a deposit at there atm on 56th for the amount of 298 i get home check my account it’s NEGATIVE 53.66 Not only negative 53.66 but the rest of the money wasn’t in there as well! called them to see why isn’t my money in MY account she told me it would take 24-48 hours to REVIEW the atm cameras . I have MY receipt printed showing i deposited 298$ in my account . She then proceeded to say if you have access to a computer you can sign up with us to avoid the 5$ fee ! Ahhaaa! I don’t care about that what i care about is my 298$ i deposit! The staff is useless this bank is the worse everrrr once cameras are reviewed i will never bank with them again TERRIBLE
