Lisa Turner5Alyssa & Angie are great tellers. When I visit Trax Credit Union Alyssa & Angie always great me with a smile and they are courteous. These (2) Tellers are always willing to assist me with any questions or concerns. I enjoy coming in to this Trax Credit Union and be greeted with a smile. Alyssa & Angie have very good customer service skills. I feel comfortable conducting business at this location.

Jason Mcbride5Really friendly and happy staff. It is nice to walking into facility were their problems do not become your and you leave in a uplifted mood. Alissa was super great. Not sure their names but her two coworkers were nice as well. The end of the day Normally brings out the moodiness is some people but all three of these ladies seemed like they just started the day ready to go. Trax in general has a nice staff but the Temple Terrace banch is amazing.

Jelena Runjaic1Told me my account was about to be dormant due to inactivity, and making withdrawals would make it active. I did that within a week of being notified only to learn my account went dormant 3 months ago and I had to come in to reactivate it and I would face financial penalties.
Response from the ownerHi Jelena! We do ask that activity occurs on your account at least once every 12 months. This could be a deposit, withdrawal, etc. We typically send a letter, an email (when possible) and proactively contact our members to avoid an account being classified as "dormant." Ultimately, this is due to state regulations governing "inactive" accounts. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused, and hope we can make it more convenient for you in the future. The Batman1Tried having account here don’t recommend. Closed it with out notifying me “due to inactivity. I was trying to start a savings then I’m told it was fee’d to death. Was also lazy enough to put in the wrong info for my account. All this started with a email that apparently wasn’t supposed to be sent out. Clearly mismanaged and overall dumpster fire of a bank.
