      Christopher is phenomenal in the drive up. I drive across town to go to this branch because he handles my multiple business and personal transactions flawlessly. I feel confident that even if there were ever a mistake, he would go above and beyond to correct it. He is friendly, thorough, and communicates very well. He would be an absolute asset to any company. Wells Fargo is lucky to have him. The other tellers I am not sure of their names but also do a great job and I have no complaints overall!

      Engaged with a female teller who I unfortunately did not get her name. Descriptives do not intend to be mean but she was larger. She was beyond rude, condescending, and downright unpleasant to the point I had to tell her that I was truly sorry she was having a bad day but that’s no reason to treat corporate customers that way. I just said “whatever I can do to make YOUR life easier, let me know.” I had a deposit and also requested change. I’ve had the same drill for over a year almost every week with no issues until now. The other jovial gentleman teller has always been pleasant.

      I learned to today you have to set an appointment to send a wire. Fortunately Mitchell Grove was able to help me even though I did not have an appointment with him. He had my wire sent within minutes and I thank him and the bank very much!!

      I understand the lobbies being closed for Covid, but what are people who work until 4 or later supposed to do. Having hours from 9-4 doesn’t really serve your working customers. Not impressed that we couldn’t complete our banking that needed to be done because of your hours.

      There isn't an option for 0 stars or else that's what I would put. The inconsistency of posting the proper status of my bank account has caused overdrafts throughout my entirety of being with this bank. Its ridiculous, disrespectful, and downright evil to charge $35 for every single overdraft transaction, especially during a global pandemic where the unemployment rate is the highest it's ever been. I'll be seeing you later today to close my account and take my money to a place that works with me and carres about me.

      I went into the branch to change my address on my accounts since moving to a new pace. I was told to do it online. I go online but since it is a new property it doesn't recognize the house number. So I call the branch and they say I can do it over the phone at the 1-800 number or I can schedule an appointment to come in. I ask to schedule an appointment and tell him I am available any time tomorrow. He then tells me I need to narrow it down a little. I am giving you the choice to set the time. Look at the calendar and pick a time. I said I would be there "ANY TIME" tomorrow. He was getting snooty so I told him I would go else where and make the change. Heaven forbid you have to do work. You are still getting paid to do a job. If you don't want to do that job go find a different one.

      I am traveling and my card continues to be declined. I have set up a travel plan. Confirmed my phone number And yet, here I am, the 3rd time today with a declined transaction. There is plenty of money in my account. I also do not like I have to input my pin for the ATM via the phone. What if it was not a secure connection. Now the person would have my card number, the last four of my social and my pin via the automated service when you first call in. THEN... THEY ASK YOU FOR YOYR 3 DIGET CODE. BTW... the last 4 of your social are the only numbers that are random. So in essence, we give the most important numbers out and financial / Government facilities should know this.

      Would give zero stars for these guys if that was an option as the customer service and quality of their banking has gone sharply downhill since I first opened an account there ten or so years ago. However today my wife goes in there with a bag of change that we've had laying around to cash it and they told her they only accept rolled change. So they then gave her some change rolls and told her she could go sit in the corner and roll the change herself in order to get some cash. Wow, very nice.

      It's really hard to operate our small business and use wells fargo due to the limited hours from 9am to 4pm. We are looking into local banks that have us at the top of their mind. Please review your open hours.
