  Dave at Montana Family Mortgage was exceptional. As a first time home buyer I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Dave was always responsive and available to answer all of my many, many questions. He always took my calls and emails or replied very quickly. Dave took the time to go over all of my paperwork until I felt comfortable signing. I couldn’t have asked for a better first mortgage experience. Everything went smoothly thanks to Dave’s hard work and diligence.

  Dave's a great guy! I was able to meet my needs and challenges throughout the process. We were able to overcome obstacles and achieve the goal of buying a new house. Probably the easiest way to contact him is email. He is disciplined about his family time so trying to contact him in off hours maybe difficult. He usually respond quickly during standard work hours. I would highly recommend especially if you're new to buying a home. He knows alot about the process and was able to pair me with an excellent realtor.

  Dave was excellent to work with! From pre-qualification to our closing date (and beyond), Dave answered any questions my wife and I had. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood the entire process. It was easy to get a hold of him, and he would work on our behalf to get our questions answered quickly. We were able to get a great rate locked in, and he found us an even lower rate about a week before closing. We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism through the whole experience.
