Martin KaLdahl4I have been a customer here for over 35 years. They have been a good bank and I don't really have much to complain about. The new ATM machines seem to be out of order alot. Not sure why but it is not convenient when you need cash. And since they did the new building all with recycled materials I think that's cool. One thing that bugs me is there is no place to throw your atm receipts like across town. So someone is shoving them in the cracks on the machine. It's hilarious.

Eric Harris1Lazy enough to lose business, what happened to good customer service. Was going to be a repeat customer after my refi was done in 25 minutes, and my wife’s business account was opened in less then a half hour. I went in to set up a bank account today. all documents in hand … even called ahead of time. After arrival, I showed all docs ready to go when asked and was then told they close in 30 minutes and the recommended time is 45 so it won’t get don’t today… looking around at the open lobby and tellers, and 3 other staffs at there desk leaned back watching the clock, I didn’t argue took the email offered to do it remote and left. You’re already at work and can’t leave, might as well do what you’re being paid to do. If your going behave like that as a business on the little things makes me question how you handle the big things. I can open a remote business account at other banks or credit unions, the intent was to support local business and deal with in person people but it’s kind of hard when the business drives customers away.

phil watson1Why can Venmo transfer money instantly and you can’t? You have stranded me 3 hrs from my home thanks. Thank god there’s Venmo and other apps that ACTUALLY try to IMPROVE and make things happen.

Boex Foust5This bank seems to be all or nothing in the reviews. But for me, it's a good bank. The staff was very kind and well mannered. The app is simple and easy to navigate. Even if I excluded the staff, the banking system itself is nice and has simple fundamentals. One simple, rough interaction, doesn't account for all of the good ones to come, or good ones that have occcured. Although I do understand first impressions, and good customer service is a necessity.

Joshua w1Been banking with Clearwater for over 15 years the bigger they get the less customer service they have fed up closing accounts today. Save yourself some time and go somewhere that understands that it's your money that pays there bills.

Npauj Lee2Banked here for over 20 years, I started here since I was small and my sis helped open an account for me. Unfortunately their value for a long time customer did not hold up, they worked with me from auto loans and personal loans. Not once received a call back when asked for, no thank you’s or thanks for being with us for a long time. Received these unknown fees? Asked but always got the “I’ll call you back...” horrible customer service, only one here and there good crew who gave good service, but other than that, I paid off all my accounts, and closed them. Banking elsewhere now. Thanks for horrible loyalty.
