Chase Rich5**Updated Review** The ATM at this location, which was the cause of my initial two star review, has been upgraded. I have had zero issues with it since the upgrade. This location is convenient and the tellers are always helpful and friendly.

Wynde Goins1Waited 30 minutes for a notary signature in almost empty bank. Only left after a teller told us it would be an even longer wait as the banker was helping someone who was in line after us. Don’t use this branch for anything other than ATM or drive-through teller. 312 or island branch For all customer service.
