  I have elderly parents who I brought to our local St. Augustine Beach branch today, and I was totally wowed by the amazing customer service we received. Angie Medina went above and beyond to help my parents. She was patient, witty and kind with them. It means the world to me that VyStar Credit Union is such a caring financial institution, especially with seniors. Angie in particular is a shining light, and I am so grateful for her kindness today. This is the best bank and team in town.

  If only I had the opportunity to start banking with VyStar at an earlier age! Love this credit union. It’s always a pleasant experience not to mention everything they offer. Thank you Adam Otoski for being very knowledgeable, professional and kind. You made my day and helped with my stress more than you know! I highly recommend!

  This is the second time Adam Otoski has helped me. Never had this kind of service before. Took time to personally help me with financial transfers and they were effortless on my part. He really seems genuinely concerned about helping. Knowledgeable about banking services and not pushy. Five star rating because you don’t have six!

  Adam is awesome. He is the kind of guy VyStar should be proud to have on their team. I went in for a loan and he figured out how to get me that loan with zero interest by thinking outside the box. He is one of the many reasons I will continue to be a VyStar member.

  I had the pleasure of sitting down with Stephen. He helped me open an account and gave me actionable tips to help me raise my credit score (went up 25 points btw).He made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I usually feel very overwhelmed at banks. He took the time to get to know me and my financial needs. He genuinely cared about me. I really appreciate him. This is my FOREVER BANK.

  What a pleasure it was to have the most wonderful experience and helpful employee ( Sasha Buitrago ) at VyStar, 3970 A1A South!! My Dad and I had gone in with a pretty difficult request and Sasha greeted us upon walking in to ask if we needed any help today?! She prompted us to follow her to her desk and once filled in with our request, she showed great skills in her job and knowledge of how to go about helping us. Sasha went ABOVE and Beyond to resolve the issue. Well done Sasha Buitrago, we thank you greatly!

  Adam Otoski is a HERO!!! He was so great in helping us with securing the check from a new VyStar car loan for a used car. It was a hectic day. We had to drive to Jacksonville to pick up the car and a new system was rolled out recently at VyStar and Adam was texting us every 30 minutes to make sure we got our check from the VyStar branch located next door to the dealership in Jacksonville we bought the car from. To say he was a Life Saver would be an understatement.

  Being approved for my first credit card was a memorable experience with Vystar representative Adam. He waited patiently while I found information for the application, and understood my concerns/questions regarding a new credit line. Banking was breeze:) Thank you for all you do!

  Went into your St.Augustine beach branch today with my 87 year old father to open a new account. Our relationship specialist Charlie Schonder made the whole process extremely easy. It’s refreshing to see a employee provide such great service.
