      Worst location, never opened BUT ALWAYS HAVE managers walking around. Come on man you were once a teller jump on a computer and help them out. There’s guy, old lady, and other lady who just walk around. Been waiting on drive through for 40 minutes and only 2 cars in front of me. If you only going to have drive through like move it line is so backed up. Last week here, yes my business only for 9 months and only 20k in bank but they should value all customers and have better service. PNC here I come. Oh and you can’t request certain bills. AT THE BANK, like stores don’t want hundreds and the bank doesn’t want to give small bills. Wells Fargo Headquarters come shut this one down and open another one or get a whole new team that wants to help.

      This branch in Dover, DE is the worst branch! They keep the lobby doors locked and never answer the phone. Every time I go to the drive thru there is a long line. I have waited 30 minutes or more. I have filed a complaint. If I could give a rating of zero I would.

      If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected 0 out of 5. I have been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo for over 15 years and have never been treated in such a poor manner as when my husband and I visited the branch. I would encourage people not to visit this location as the staff is discourteous and rude. It is worth the drive to go to Middletown and or an alternate location to receive the treatment that is due and deserved. A complaint has been filed and I hope that this is taken seriously!

      This bank is the absolute worst bank on the planet!! There is no consistency. One day they'll cash a check for you with no problem. Then when you want to deposit/cash a check in the same manner they say it's against their policy. The check will have to be returned to the person who sent it to me bc the back is endorsed with their info so I can't even deposit at another bank. Then the last time I was there they ran out of money at 11am! It's always a problem. I see so many complaints on here but don't see any attempt of Wells Fargo to make it right! What would've happened if this were a true emergency and I had to have the $ immediately? They really have to realize that we're people and deserve to be treated with respect! If there was an option for 0 stars that would've been what I chose.

      Unprofessional and worst bank I ever see in my life service and staff and no customer service and worst worst ever they can not even salve your related problem in bank customer service said go to the branch,and branch said get the hell out from here and don’t come back.. plz fine different bank where they think you are a customer and you gave them business,but they don’t think and they don’t deserve.zero zero STARS

      Too many suits walking around doing nothing!!! When theses suits see the line to the door and they only have one teller in front and one in drive thru, they quickly close the door they hide behind. I'm sure all of these suits are trained in performing teller tasks but I guess they feel since they get to dress up that they are above counting money!!! Not good customer service at all!!!

      Trying now for 5 Weeks to get the right documents for a wire transfer from France to US. First document received was for a direct deposit , which was incorrect, Today got another form and sent to bank in France which responded was not an official document. So so mad, May transfer all my accounts from Wells Fargo

      If I could give more stars than I would. Sherri Walls is a huge asset to this branch and is always prompt in returning emails and phone calls. One time she even came off of her break early to help me. That truly meant a lot to me and showed me that she cared about her customers.

      Dover federals atm was down so we went here. We received counterfeit money. They would not refund us the money they are just stealing. Will never return again after they were so rude to my wife and did not care about what happened and couldn't offer any help.
