Lexi Lippincott2This is not the place to go if you want to use the drive-thru or if are in a hurry. The drive-thru is closed just about every time I visit, despite a teller informing me that the drive-thru "isn't closed often."

Andrina Thompson1The Branch Manager here has no idea how to help people who have been victims of fraud and theft. We had to go to another Branch to start a claim plus now we have to wait 2 to 10 days for the investigation while whoever stole from us made away with large purchases. This is an Absolute disgrace. My family has been banking here for 20 plus years and you would think they would be of better assistance. Nope. As soon as we can, we'll be banking elsewhere, you can take that promise to a Bank (just not to WF)! Sad. Hopefully if you're banking here they treat you better.

Marshall R James Sr1Limited employees at this bank, ask you, do you have an appointment? They are not concern about the about you EMERGENCY situation on your accounts, Scammers making charges to your account. This is NOT the first time I had issues with the bank, all they tell you is to call the main office. When you call the main office, all they do the run arounds. You have to go up the steps of fraud department and the last step, We'll notify you 2 to 10 business days, it's win or LOSE situation.

Philip Clar1The staff at the bank are very good and I cannot say enough about them but the fees the bank charges are simply getting ridiculous! They charge now for you to deposit cash into the bank! I will be finding another bank even though I have been with Wells Fargo since they came to Arizona. I simply cannot justify paying a bank to take my money!
