  Our firm has been working with American Life Financial for awhile and we recently had the opportunity to see a deal through from start to finish. Every aspect of the company is very professional and process driven. They remained in communication through the whole experience and were very responsive to questions and concerns. From Scott in sales to Karen in processing we are very grateful for the team and hope to do a lot more business with them in the future.

  Not sure if ALF is still in business or out of money? Submitted a full file including recent appraisals on April 7th and was told fits their guidelines. A week later was told still in underwriting. Two weeks later was told still in underwriting but should be a good loan for ALF. Was told the file would go to loan committee on the following Monday. No response Monday, No Response Tuesday, No Response Wednesday.....then received an email still in underwriting. When I sent an email asking what is going on and if they are out of money, out of business or what is going on I received this response from their Head of Originations, "Mark us Out then....We've been really backed up and just take us OUT" This was response from ALF after 22 days of promises and a loan committee promise 7 days ago. Extremely poor communication. Not sure what is going on with this company or if they are shutting down??

  We work mostly on large transactions but have found American Life Financial to be a great resource for small balance commercial loans that don’t fit “the box” for other lenders. They’re responsive and move quickly.

  Great Company with very good programs and decent rates for hard money! They are pretty fast with LOI's and the underwriter is actually accessible something I rarely see. I am itching to get them as many deals as possible I wish they were national!

  American Life Financial really means it when they say "not so hard" money lending. They offer great service, quick turnarounds and helpful solutions for businesses needing financing.   I had heard great things about this company and especially Jennette. Not only was she fun to work with, but she got our loan funded quickly. Whenever we have loans in the western states, we send them to Jennette first. Highly recommended.

  never work with this company karen johnson and robert i have very bed experience with this 2 person. they use your money to run there business. they charge u more for insurance and the property tax monthly and this money they use for run they office expanse. and also when u call them they never return your call. this company people very uneducated and never understand. what ever u see the review is there office staff and friends so all people give good review score. but not a true review. this is the review is true for this company. and very careful to work this company and staff.
